Loire's most massive château structure--over 400 rooms took hundreds of workers over twenty eight years and many design changes to complete--not intended to be a defensive fortress----thirteen thousand acre forest park populated with wild annimals-- the château was a monument for hunting--three floors for reception rooms, royal appartments and top for exhibits and hunting museum--1500's Frannços 1's show of power hunting lodge--on to Amboise and Hotel Belle Vue for group dinner
